I’ve had the wonderful opportunity to write an article for Heart of the Matter Online and wanted to share it with you! Heart of the Matter is a huge invaluable resource for home educators. Actually, I love the way they describe themselves on their homepage, “Heart of the Matter is more than just a homeschooling site. It is a site dedicated to bridging the gap between the child and the parent, a relationship designed by God.” They do that so well by pooling together a large variety of writers who cover different topics. I am sure you will find something that either touches you deeply, inspires you, or gives you the help you’ve been looking for!
My article is called, “To End the School Year or Not“. When your child has had a lot of sick days throughout the school year, it can be a tough decision whether or not to end school or school throughout the summer.
